About the role

1. We are seeking an experienced Wills & Estate Lawyer to join our team.

2. You will be comfortable in providing:

- Estate planning
- Drafting Wills; and

- Administration.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting meetings with our clients via Google Meet

- Advise our existing clients on estate planning, including:

1. Last Will and Testament

2. Testamentary Trust (If required)

3. Powers of Attorney
4. Strategic advice based on the client's requirements

- Handling day-to-day administrative and legal tasks related to Wills & Estates

What we're looking for

- Comprehensive knowledge of Estate Planning

- Current Practicing Certificate (Australian Legal Practitioner)

- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse in plain English

- Able to provide practical solutions
- A robust ability to work autonomously
