What you'll be doing:

n

- Preparing and baking quality goods at scale to meet daily production targets
n
- Weighing ingredients and preparing dough and fillings with precision
n
- Managing the full batch process — loading, baking, unloading, cooling
n
- Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Packing, sealing, and labelling product ready for delivery
n
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging shortages early
n
- Helping train and support newer team members
n
- Keeping your section clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen or bakery
n
- Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
n
- A keen eye for detail and consistency
n
- A team-first attitude and solid communication skills
n
- Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate
n
