An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Training Manager to lead the national training function for a global medical aesthetics organisation.

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll drive clinical education operations, develop trainer capability, and partner with key internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class training programmes across Australia.

About The Role
n
Reporting to the Medical Manager you will:
n
n
- Lead the delivery of clinical education and training programs nationally.
n
- Manage training calendars, resources, budgets and trainer performance.
n
- Coach and develop internal and external trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality education.
n
- Identify portfolio training needs,
resource requirements and customer education opportunities aligned to approved medical, scientific and commercial priorities.
n
- Provide clinical insights and recommendations to support business and medical objectives.
n
- Ensure all training activities meet compliance and governance requirements.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration with the ability to deliver hands-on clinical training.
n
- 3+ years' experience in medical aesthetics, including injectable treatments.
n
- If you have significant medical education experience in a med devices or pharmaceuticals this would also be considered.
n
- Exposure to energy-based devices and non-invasive aesthetic technologies will also be highly regarded.
n
- Proven experience in clinical education, training, facilitation or professional development programmes.
n
- Previous people leadership experience, or the ability to lead and influence trainers and healthcare professionals.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across clinical and commercial teams.
n
- Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills.
n
- Nursing, medical or health sciences qualifications are preferred.
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.
n
n
