Job Description

Salesforce is seeking an Informatica Renewals Manager to own the renewal process for a portfolio, engaging customers up to 180 days before contract end and partnering across success, deployment, legal and security teams.

You will manage end-to-end renewals, analyze usage data, negotiate with stakeholders, identify renewal risks, and drive uplift and multi-year extensions while building lasting customer relationships.
