As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing trade customers across the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

Identifying and securing new business opportunities

Building long-term relationships with builders, tilers, contractors and trade customers

Providing product advice and tailored solutions

Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities

Working closely with suppliers and internal teams

Managing warehouse product sales and stock promotions

Achieving sales targets and business KPIs

About you

2+ years of sales experience (construction industry preferred)





Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Current driver's licence
