Who will you be working with?

You’ll be joining an established brokerage with a strong presence in the commercial insurance market. The office also has an experienced finance broker in-house, providing an opportunity to work alongside other professionals and leverage existing networks.

This is a role for a broker who wants genuine ownership of their portfolio, with the freedom to develop relationships, identify opportunities and grow the book.

What will you be doing?

- Manage an established portfolio of SME commercial clients
- Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships
- Prioritise retention and deliver a high level of client service
- Handle renewals, endorsements,



quotations and day-to-day account management
- Identify opportunities to grow the existing portfolio
- Generate new business and develop a strategy for lead generation
- Leverage your existing networks and relationships to bring in new opportunities
- Provide advice across a range of commercial insurance products

What do you need?

- Previous experience as a Commercial Broker or Account Executive
- Strong SME commercial insurance broking experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage your own portfolio
- Experience across commercial motor and/or heavy transport insurance
- Understanding of mobile machinery insurance
- ISR experience would be highly regarded
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the drive to develop new business
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a portfolio
