DroneShield, based at our central Sydney headquarters, seeks an experienced FPGA & DSP Team Lead to drive the FPGA and DSP engineering group. You will lead technical direction, guide RF detection and defeat product development using SDRs and FPGAs, and contribute hands-on engineering.

The role combines technical leadership with direct coding and system-level design, focusing on high-performance, low-latency embedded platforms in a quick-growing counter-drone company.
