Dirk’s South Bank is opening in October 2026 and we are hiring a Store Manager to lead the recent Brisbane location from day one. You’ll recruit and develop a strong team, drive sales and uphold food quality and service standards.

You’ll work with the Operations Manager and leadership team through pre-opening, training and launch, then take full ownership and build the next generation of Dirk’s leaders underneath you. This role offers real scope to shape a growing brand.
