AG Security Group has been protecting people, property and critical infrastructure for more than 35 years. We’re proudly South Australian, continuing to grow, and looking for an experienced Service and Installation Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on role servicing clients across metropolitan Adelaide, with plenty of variety, great people to work with and the opportunity to develop your skills along the way.

What Will You Be Doing?

No two days are the same.

One day you might be fault-finding an alarm system, the next commissioning new equipment or helping a client get the most out of their security system.

You’ll be responsible for

- Servicing, fault finding and repairing electronic security systems
- Programming and commissioning alarms and security equipment
- Installing electronic security and surveillance systems
- Providing great service and qualified handovers to our clients
- Keeping job notes, variations and documentation up to date in Simpro

You’ll work with a diverse range of domestic, commercial and government clients, so there’s plenty of variety to keep things interesting. What’s In It for You?

Who Are We Looking For? We’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys providing great service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Two or more years' continuous experience in a similar security technician role
- Experience and technical training with Tecom and/or Concept systems
- Strong knowledge of monitored alarm and surveillance systems
- Open Cabler Registration
- Current Security Licence
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
- A genuine commitment to working safely
