Service Coordinator – Services & Operations

Are you an experienced NDIS Service Coordinator ready to step into a fast-paced, rewarding role? Our client is seeking a highly organised and confident skilled to join their Services & Operations team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred supports.

About the Role As Service Coordinator, you’ll be the central operational link between participants, families, frontline staff, administration, Client Services and rostering. You’ll ensure services run smoothly, information flows accurately, and operational priorities are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating day-to-day delivery and administration of participant services.
- Acting as the primary communication link across participants, families, staff and rostering.
- Supporting onboarding, service agreements, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating incident reporting, complaints and operational follow-up.
- Preparing operational reports and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring





- Experience in administration and service coordination within NDIS/community services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of NDIS and person-centred service delivery.
- Experience with ShiftCare (desirable).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR.
