We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our NSW crew. This isn't a ‘hard labour’ job; it’s a technical, problem-solving role for someone who wants to use their brain more than their back. You’ll be the go-to expert for high-end Fronius equipment, ensuring our customers' gear runs like a dream.

- The Environment: Work in a clean, organised service centre. No mud, no rain, and no roof spaces.
- The Hours: A genuine 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- The Vibe: A great team environment with plenty of workplace banter and a steady flow of compelling, technical work.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:

- Precision Repairs: Diagnose and fix high-end imported welding gear. This is clean, technical work where quality and "doing it right the first time" matter most
- The Technical Voice: Act as the primary expert for our customers, providing smart advice and troubleshooting tips over the phone or in person.




- Preventative Care: Keep the fleet running smoothly with scheduled servicing—it’s about staying ahead of the game, not just putting out fires.
- Logistics & Parts: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure your bench is always stocked with the parts you need for a quick turnaround.
- Safety First: Maintain high standards and a safe workspace, ensuring every machine leaves the shop meeting strict compliance.
- Mobile Support: Occasionally head out to customer sites to provide expert onsite technical support when they need a specialist.

Candidate preferred:

- The Expertise: You’re a trade-qualified sparky or electrical fitter with a background in welding gear or industrial machinery.
- The Know-How: You understand welding techniques and gear inside out—safety and precision are second nature to you.
- The Fronius Edge: Prior experience with Fronius systems (locally or internationally) will put you at the front of the pack.
- The "Fix-It" Mindset: You’re a sharp, autonomous problem solver who enjoys the "detective work" of diagnostics.
- The Professional: You’re a people person who can have a friendly yarn with clients while maintaining a professional image.
- The Essentials: You have a valid driver’s license. If you have a forklift license, even better!
