About the role

This is a mobile field-service role covering greater Brisbane and surrounding areas, with regional travel when required. You will undertake warranty, commissioning and technical service work for pool builders, retailers, service companies and pool owners. The role offers considerable independence, so reliability, personal organisation and clear communication are particularly important.

Key responsibilities

- Diagnosing and repairing swimming pool pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation systems, heaters and associated equipment
- Completing warranty and after-sales service calls
- Commissioning equipment and checking new installations
- Assisting pool builders, retailers and service technicians with product-related issues
- Providing clear and skilled explanations to customers
- Completing accurate electronic service reports and uploading photographs
- Keeping customers and the Brisbane office informed about job progress and follow-up requirements
- Maintaining the tools, spare parts and stock carried in your service vehicle
- Identifying recurring problems and reporting useful information to our service and engineering teams
- Representing Insnrg professionally throughout Queensland

About you

- Strong practical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with swimming pool equipment or similar mechanical,



electrical or water-treatment systems
- Knowledge of pool hydraulics and water chemistry, or the ability to learn quickly
- A professional and calm approach when dealing with customers
- The ability to plan your day, work independently and complete jobs without constant supervision
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Good written communication and attention to detail
- A current Australian driver's licence
- The physical ability to safely handle and replace pool equipment
