Position : ServiceNow DPR Architect

Location : Melbourne, VIC

ServiceNow DPR Architect:

Role Purpose:

Lead the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Digital Product Release solution, ensuring alignment with existing Bendigo release management team. Assess the current Release and Patch Management automations in the Bendigo PlanView Based platform and formulate strategies to migrate to ServiceNow DPR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define DPR architecture, solution design, and implementation roadmap.
- Design release governance, approval workflows, release calendars, and deployment controls based on the existing release automations in the PlanView automations.
- Lead integration design with ServiceNow modules, CI/CD tools, Agile tools, and third-party platforms.
- Establish data model, security model, and best practices for DPR.




- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and solution assurance.
- Support stakeholder workshops, requirements validation, and executive reporting.
- Guide developers and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills:

- Solid ServiceNow platform architecture experience.
- Experience with Release Management, Change Management, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integrations (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory
- Additional Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred
- Knowledge of PlanView/Plutora is preferred
