Set-Out Carpenter – Carseldine

Commercial Construction we are looking for an experienced Set-Out Carpenter to join our 152-unit commercial project in Carseldine, Brisbane.

We’re looking for someone with previous residential or commercial set-out experience who can accurately read plans and set out walls, openings and other construction elements.

About the Role

● Set out construction works from architectural and structural drawings

● Use Trimble set-out equipment and tools provided by Cree8

● Work closely with supervisors and other trades

● Check measurements, levels and control points

● Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality

About You

● Previous set-out experience in residential or commercial construction

● Able to read and interpret construction drawings





● Good attention to detail and accuracy

● Experience using Trimble equipment is an advantage, but willingness to learn is essential

● Own basic hand tools and reliable transport

● White Card

Hourly rate or contract work available.
