About the role
Silicone Sealing Technician role in premium caravan and vehicle manufacturing. You will work in a up-to-date, clean, well-ventilated facility performing high-finish sealing work with a mix of aesthetic sealing, general detailing, and assembly tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Apply flawless internal and external silicone beads to visible seams and panels
- Ensure clean, consistent, and leak-free finishes on structural joints and roofs
- Assist with final handover detail cleans to ensure a pristine finish
- Help with internal cabin fit-outs when production workflow allows
About you
- Strong background in professional caulking, glazing, or caravan/automotive sealing
- Exceptional motor skills with a steady hand for perfectly consistent lines
- Solid understanding of different industrial sealants, primers, and curing processes
- Reliable team player happy to pivot from fine silicone work to final clean-downs
