About The Role We are looking for a Site Administrator to be based in Perth Western Australia. The Site Administrator plays a key role in supporting the project team with administration, financial processes, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. You'll help keep operations organised, ensure records are accurate, and provide support across multiple project activities.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Administration
- Manage team expenses, reimbursements, and related records
- Maintain accurate filing systems and project documentation
- Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports and documents
- Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document management
Finance Support
- Process invoices, supplier payments, subcontractor claims, and expense submissions
- Assist with project financial tracking and monthly reporting
- Maintain financial records and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company policies, systems, and procedures
- Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
Sustainability & Team Support
- Assist with sustainability initiatives and project-related activities
- Build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Support a positive, collaborative team culture and help where needed
About You
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Excel experience is an advantage)
- Proactive, dependable, and able to use initiative to solve problems
- Able to manage deadlines, handle confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities
- A positive team player who is approachable, resilient, and eager to learn
