As they continue to grow our pipeline of work, we're looking for a driven Site Engineer to join their team.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the delivery of civil construction projects from establishment through to completion
- Managing subcontractors,



quality, and compliance on site
- Working closely with Site/Construction Managers and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Contributing to programming, cost control, and technical problem-solving on site

What we're looking for:

- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Some site-based experience in civil construction (roadworks, land development, or public domain projects highly regarded)
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and genuine appetite to learn
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
