Sydney CBD | $180,000 – $200,000 + super | National F&R; specialist

Cadstruct Recruitment have partnered with a national fitout and refurbishment contractor delivering workplace projects for ASX-listed and global corporate tenants - the calibre of client where the finishes matter, the buildings are premium-grade, and the work is seen by everyone in the industry.

They're now looking for a Site Manager to run commercial fitout projects across Sydney.

The projects

You'll deliver high-end CBD workplace fitouts, multi-floor consolidations, building adaptations and lobby upgrades in the $5m to $15m range - much of it in live, occupied premium-grade towers where sequencing, protection and stakeholder management are everything. This is detail-driven, quick-track work for clients who notice the difference between good and exceptional. An award-winning builder and Green Building Council member, sustainability and quality certification are built into how they deliver - not bolted on.

The role

- Run site operations day-to-day: program, subcontractors, logistics, safety and quality
- Manage live-environment builds in occupied towers — after-hours works, staged handovers, building management coordination
- Drive the finish: defect prevention, quality benchmarks and handovers that clients talk about




- Work closely with the PM and clients' project managers — this is a business built on repeat, top-tier relationships

What you'll need

- Proven site management of commercial fitout or refurbishment projects, ideally in occupied CBD buildings
- Strong programming, subcontractor coordination and safety management skills
- Trade or construction management background - both pathways respected here
- The polish to front premium clients, building managers and consultants daily
