The Role

- Lead projects from site establishment and mobilisation through to handover
- Manage subcontractors, site personnel, logistics and daily construction activities
- Coordinate construction programmes, sequencing, procurement requirements and short-term look-ahead planning
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality,



workmanship and site presentation
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep delivery on track

The Criteria

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial, government or community infrastructure projects, however those Supervisors/Site Managers working with residential builders with SA Housing Trust, community housing or multi-residential project experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience across government-funded new builds, refurbishments, education, health, aged care or community facilities
- Strong understanding of government project requirements, including safety, quality, compliance, reporting and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to manage staged construction within live or operational environments
