About the Company C+M Build Group is a leading provider in the construction and project delivery sector. We pride ourselves on maintaining exceptional operational standards, building strong client relationships, and fostering a collaborative team environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a agile and commercially astute Area Lead for our Sydney Division.

Alongside leading your team, you will maintain a practical connection to the field by completing a portion of estimating and supervising responsibilities directly costed to projects.

Operations & Area Management

- Manage day-to-day regional office operations to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Address and resolve client complaints or operational issues swiftly.
- Attend client performance meetings and act as a key representative of the business.
- Provide continuous coaching, leadership, and support to the team.
- Conduct weekly KPI reporting and performance reviews for staff.




- Prepare and present Monthly Business Reports
- Oversee subcontractor payments and manage outstanding invoices
- Manage regional budgets, financial forecasting, and weekly financial reporting.
- Maintain full control over company invoicing processes and client follow-ups
