Civil Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Evoke Maintenance Services Pty Ltd Mackay & Bowen Basin For more than 20 years, Evoke Maintenance Services (EMS) has been delivering results across Central Queensland’s mining, civil and industrial sectors.

Built on practical site experience, EMS has grown from a hands-on local business into an established contractor delivering civil construction, concrete remediation and maintenance projects across the region.

We are now looking for experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers with a strong civil construction background to join our Mackay-based team.

The Role

Depending on experience, you may be responsible for:

- Leading and coordinating civil construction crews
- Planning daily and weekly works
- Managing labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
- Driving safety, quality and productivity on site
- Liaising with clients and project teams
- Managing site documentation, reporting and QA
- Keeping works on schedule and identifying issues early

We are particularly interested in people with experience in civil construction, concreting, formwork/formsetting or civil carpentry. Strong leadership skills are essential. Mine site experience will be highly regarded.





About You

Ideally you will have:

- Previous Site Supervisor, Project Manager or similar experience
- Strong practical civil construction knowledge
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Good planning and problem-solving ability
- Current QLD Driver Licence

Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and Site Supervisor competencies will be highly regarded.

Rosters

Applicants must be Mackay based. Roster options may include 4/3, 7/7, 8/6 or other arrangements for the right person.
