What the job entails

- Work locations across Mackay, Whitsunday Regions, and throughout Queensland as projects require
- As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving efficient workflows and maintaining high-quality construction standards.
- Ideal candidates will have proven experience in construction site supervision, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful completion of projects that support community growth and infrastructure development in the region.

Package Includes:

- Up to 50–60 hours per week (as rostered and subject to project requirements, workload, and location)
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Company iPad or laptop (as required for the role)
- Five (5) high-visibility work shirts
- $80 per month phone allowance for use of a personal phone for work-related purposes

What You Will Need

- Civil operator machinery tickets and/or Project Management qualifications/experience




- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
- Hands-on experience delivering Australian civil construction projects
- QBCC Site Supervisor License
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
- Australian Citizenship required
