HCF is Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund and has cared for members since 1932. The Member Claims Specialist role focuses on first call resolutions over the phone, assessing and processing health insurance claims to ensure timely payments for members.

Hybrid working is available after training, with minimum two days in office. Based in Parramatta, the role supports the Contact Centre and Branch teams with complex claims queries and requires robust customer service and claims
