Due to continued growth, we're accepting applications for an experienced Barista / Café Attendant to join our team to provide our patrons with memorable dining and takeaway experiences. You must be able to fit our service culture by thriving in a busy work workplace as you could be taking orders one minute, to preparing coffees and serving meals the next. The Grind and Cafe team takes a 'hands-on' approach to creating customer loyalty whilst staying on top of service and food requirements to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

n

n
- 18 Years of age or older.
n
- Current RSA is essential for this position.
n
- Well presented, with a positive,



friendly disposition, a welcoming smile, and a service focused attitude.
n
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, at times, pressure driven environment.
n
- Previous experience as a Barista, or Cafe services in a comparable environment will be an advantage.
n
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Availability is essential as the successful applicant must be willing and readily available to work days, nights, split shifts and weekends.
