Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

- Lodging and triaging current claims in line with client KPIs
- Arranging urgent make‑safe repairs when required




- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date job records in our internal systems
- Assisting all teams in progressing repairs from start to finish
- Managing incoming phone enquiries and providing updates to clients
- Coordinating documentation, contractor communication and invoicing

What we’re looking for:

- Customer Service experience
- Confident communicator with strong time management skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Team player who thrives in a busy, outcome‑focused environment
- Ready to learn and grow within a supportive, high‑performing business
- Experience in working in insurance or trade‑related industry is an added advantage
