ABOUT NEUROWELL HUB
Neurowell Hub is Perth's first integrated nervous system regulation practice combining evidence-based psychology, clinician-guided VR neurofeedback using Healium biofeedback technology, and trauma-informed yoga therapy under one roof in a purpose-built clinical space in Subiaco.
We are a registered NDIS provider and Medicare billing practice with an active and growing referral network across GPs, support coordinators, recovery coaches and allied health partners. We believe deeply in working collaboratively, communicating openly, and always putting the wellbeing of our clients and our practitioners first.

THE ROLE
This is a part-time or sessional psychology position within our warm, integrated clinical team. You will work alongside our VR neurofeedback clinician and trauma-informed yoga therapist meaning your clients have access to whole-person support.
You will see clients across Medicare, NDIS and private billing pathways, have clinical autonomyand be part of a team that will actually know your nameand ask how you are doing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Clinical
- Conduct warm, thorough intake assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver individual psychology sessions using CBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-focused approaches and mindfulness-based interventions
- Work with presentations including anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, ADHD, OCD, burnout and chronic stress
- Contribute to integrated case discussions with your Neurowell Hub colleagues
- Make internal referrals to VR regulation and yoga therapy where it would benefit your clients
- Review Healium biofeedback data for shared clients and incorporate into your clinical understanding
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain thorough clinical notes compliant with AHPRA and Medicare standards
- Manage Mental Health Care Plan tracking and GP communication for Medicare clients
- Write NDIS progress reports using functional outcome language for NDX participants
- Provide GP referral letters and clinical summaries as required
- Participate in regular case discussions with Neurowell Hub's integrated clinical team
- Contribute to our clinical governance framework and quality processes
- Support the growth of the psychology offering within the practice
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist — no conditions or restrictions
- Medicare provider number or eligibility to obtain one
- Postgraduate qualification in psychology (Masters, Doctorate or equivalent)
- Demonstrated competence in at least two evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy)
- Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression and complex presentations
- A genuine, wholehearted commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice
- Warm, clear written communication skills for clinical notes, reports and GP correspondence
- Current Working with Vulnerable People check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Clearance
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- EMDR training or accreditation
- Experience working with NDIS participants and writing functional outcome reports
- Interest or experience in somatic, body-based or nervous system-informed approaches
- Experience with ADHD and neurodivergent presentations in adultsA genuine curiosity about technology-assisted therapeutic approaches
- Bilingual or multilingual skills — always warmly welcomed
