Job Description

Mercure Townsville is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team in Townsville, QLD. This full time role oversees the day-to-day operations of our dining and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent quality across all venues.

You will lead and train staff, manage stock control and costs, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with kitchen and management on menus, events and promotions.
