Job Description

Homage is seeking a Care Operations & Quality Manager in Melbourne to lead five Service Coordinators, own clinical governance across NDIS and Support at Home, and drive measurable improvement in fulfilment and care consistency using data-driven analysis. You report to the CEO and shape how systems support frontline outcomes.

This senior role focuses on performance management, rostering SOPs, participant intake, budget activation, and maintaining governance frameworks.
