n About the role:
n Reporting to a Franchisee with a proven track record across multiple sites, you'll drive performance across several Auto Masters stores in WA and Qld, ensuring every site runs to the standard our brand is known for.
n What this looks like:

- Bring your technical and diagnostic know-how to train, support and elevate the network
n
- Champion the Auto Masters Quality Assurance Manual and keep every site aligned with our Operations and Administration procedures
n
- Own the sales and KPI targets across your network and drive them forward
n
- Maintain and strengthen the Quality Assurance System
n
- Ensure every store is a safe, clean and high-performing environment for staff and customers alike
n
- Be a proud ambassador for the Auto Masters brand and image
n
- Conduct store audits, keeping statutory requirements and licensing airtight
n
- Provide hands-on operational and training support on the AMWOS DMS
n
- Guide Manager inductions and in-store training
n
- Support the network in recruiting and developing key staff
n
- Uphold honesty, efficiency and quality across every system and procedure,



at every site

About you:

- An Automotive mechanical trade is desirable (not essential) as it will help you back your team technically
n
- You're results-driven, with a solid grasp of the financial and commercial side of running a successful automotive operation
n
- You lead with a collaborative, engaging style that gets the best out of your teams
n
- You've proven yourself in a leadership role that demanded strong communication, team development and customer engagement
n
- You're solution-focused for the franchisee, your store managers and every customer who walks through the door
n
- You've managed multiple automotive service centres or similar, with a track record of growing sales and hitting financial targets
n
