Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team and a true leader in the field of work.

This is a genuine full stack position, working across C#/.NET backend services and React/Redux front-end applications, with ownership spanning the database, APIs, cloud infrastructure and user interface.

n

You'll be joining an environment where engineers have the opportunity to take real ownership of features, contribute to technical decisions and work across a modern AWS-based technology stack.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Design, build and maintain production-grade applications across the full technology stack
n
- Develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
n
- Build responsive single-page applications using React and Redux
n
- Take ownership of features from data storage and backend services through to the user interface
n
- Design and develop RESTful APIs across multi-tier web applications
n
- Work with AWS cloud infrastructure including EKS, S3, IAM and VPC networking
n
- Build and operate containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
n
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform across integration, UAT and production environments
n
- Work with PostgreSQL and relational database technologies,



including database design and query optimisation
n
- Implement authentication and authorisation using technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0 and Amazon Cognito
n
- Contribute to automated testing across unit, integration and end-to-end testing
n
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development and code review practices
n
- Contribute to the ongoing design, development and improvement of the platform

What you'll bring

- Strong commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET
n
- Strong experience building production front-end applications using React and Redux
n
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
n
- Strong understanding of contemporary full stack application architecture
n
- Production experience working within AWS environments
n
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications
n
- Hands-on experience with Docker and EKS
n
- Experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
n
- Strong relational database experience, ideally PostgreSQL
n
- Experience with modern authentication and authorisation architectures
n
- Good understanding of automated testing practices
n
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices
