About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (minimum Diploma qualification) to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about fostering children's development and have a proven track record of supporting their growth, we welcome your application.

This is a fixed-term position commencing as soon as possible and ending on 16 December 2026.

n

Casual Educator and Teaching positions are also available.

- Creating engaging learning experiences: Designing and implementing play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.

- Ensuring child safety and well-being: Prioritising children's safety and health, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment.

- Building strong relationships:



Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Supporting children's development: Guiding children's growth in all areas of development, from physical to social-emotional.

- Contributing to a positive team culture: Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and continuously improve practices.

- Adhering to regulatory requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements & Selection Criteria

n

n
- Education & Pedagogy: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher), with demonstrated expertise in preschool programming and a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
- Child Safety Commitment: Demonstrated understanding of, and explicit commitment to child safety principles and children's rights in early childhood settings by providing evidence of your completed Child Safety training.
n
- WWCC Details: Applicants must provide a valid Working With Children Check Clearance (WWCC) number and date of birth.
n
