ASKIN Performance Panels is looking for a hands‐on and proactive Lead Storeperson to join our Elizabeth operations team.

n

This is not a role where you sit back and supervise from an office. We're looking for someone who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves and takes pride in running a safe, organised and efficient warehouse and yard operation.

About the Role

n

Based in Elizabeth, this is a diverse and fast‐paced operational role supporting warehouse, yard and dispatch activities.

n

You'll play an important part in ensuring materials are safely received, stored, prepared and dispatched while maintaining high standards across inventory control, housekeeping and customer service.

n

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership,



staying organised and contributing to a well‐run operation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Operating forklifts safely within warehouse and yard environments

n

Loading and unloading trucks, including oversized insulated panel products

n

Coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements

n

Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch

n

Maintaining warehouse organisation and inventory accuracy

n

Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts

n

Processing stock movements and inventory transactions

n

Supporting production and operations teams as required

n

Assisting customers and coordinating collections when needed

n

Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse and yard

n

What We're Looking For:

n

Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience

n

Current Driver's Licence

n

Strong forklift operating and material handling skills

n

Ability to safely handle oversized products and warehouse movements

n

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

n

Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands‐on

n

Positive attitude and team‐focused approach

n

Experience using warehouse or ERP systems such as Pronto is highly regarded

n
