$120,000 – $150,000 | OTE + super + bonus

Hali Rugs is seeking a proven and experienced A&D; Business Development Manager to drive growth within the high-end residential architecture and design sector.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident on the road, comfortable running multiple presentations each week, and proactive on the phone building and deepening relationships.

n

You will be responsible for expanding Hali Rugs' A&D; network across Melbourne, strengthening existing partnerships, and positioning Hali Rugs as a preferred supplier within leading architecture and interior design studios.

n

You'll work closely with our showroom teams to turn relationships and specifications into completed projects, while playing a key role in the continued growth of our A&D; channel.

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage and grow relationships with established architecture and interior design practices

n

Actively prospect and onboard recent A&D; partners within the high-end residential market

n

Conduct regular in-studio presentations, product updates and CPD-style sessions

n

Maintain a strong on-road presence, managing a busy schedule of appointments

n

Work closely with showroom teams to convert specifications into completed projects

n





Represent the Hali Rugs brand at industry events, launches and design forums

n

Track activity, opportunities and pipeline performance

n

Contribute to the strategic growth of the A&D; channel in Victoria

n

Skills & Experience

n

Proven experience in an A&D; Business Development role across interiors, building products, finishes or a similar design-led industry

n

Established relationships within the architecture and interior design community

n

Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior designers and principals

n

Highly self-motivated, organised and results-driven

n

Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role

n

Experience representing a premium or design-led brand highly regarded

n

Valid driver's licence

n

Uncapped commission – $15K–$30K achievable in year one, with significant upside

OTE of $150K+ in Year 1, with significant earning potential as you grow.
