ANZUK Education is proud to be partnering with a brand-new early childhood service in Pymble to find their next Educational Leader.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced ECT or Educational Leader to step into a role where you can make a positive child focused impact from the very beginning.

You’ll have the chance to help establish the culture, influence educational practices, and support a team as they build something exceptional!

Working closely with the Centre Director and leadership team, you will play a pivotal in driving high-quality pedagogy, mentoring educators, and ensuring children’s learning and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything the service does.

This newly opened 60-place service offers a modern, beautifully resourced environment and is seeking someone who is passionate about inspiring others, strengthening practice, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being both a leader and a mentor: combining time supporting educators, developing curriculum, and being actively involved within the service.

About You

You will be someone who:

- Has at least 2 + experience as an Educational Leader, Educational Lead,



or within a leadership capacity
- Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
- Has a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
- Is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing educator capability
- Brings a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
- Builds strong relationships with children, families, and teams
- Has a current NSW Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid qualifications
