About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and energetic Social Activities Coordinator to join our team at Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe, our premium care community nestled in the picturesque surrounds of Neutral Bay, as a part of the lifestyle team, you'll help create engaging and meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do
- Support in designing, planning,
and executing a diverse calendar of engaging social events, activities, and bus outings.
- Work closely with residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to bring them joy
- Create a vibrant community atmosphere where residents can connect, socialise, and thrive.
- Collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager and care team to ensure activities support residents' overall wellbeing.
- Build relationships with volunteers and local community groups to enhance our activity offerings.
What You'll Need:
- A passion for event planning, social activities, or community work (aged care experience essential).
- Creativity, infectious enthusiasm, and outstanding organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for working with people.
- A proactive and empathetic nature with the ability to engage residents of all interests and abilities.
- A relevant qualification in event management, lifestyle, or community services.
Willingness to complete:
