Role Description This part-time remote Social Media Coordinator role at ACCEP involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to support the association’s communication and engagement goals. The coordinator will manage posting schedules, monitor comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include drafting copy and basic visuals for posts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote events and initiatives, and coordinating campaigns tailored to shopping centers and entertainment venues in Peru.

The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing simple reports on reach and engagement, and suggesting improvements based on insights and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including the ability to develop engaging posts, visuals, and stories tailored to different platforms.




- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan campaigns, optimize content, and increase reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills, with clear, concise, and culturally aware messaging in en_US and preferably Spanish.
- Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting abilities, including familiarity with platform insights and easy performance tracking tools.
- Relevant experience coordinating social media for organizations, associations, or brands is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is required.
- Familiarity with shopping centers, retail, or entertainment sectors in Peru is a plus.
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
