Whether you’re already experienced in solar or coming from roofing, construction, or another trade, we’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to build a solid career in the renewable energy industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across residential and commercial sites installing solar mounting systems, panels, and assisting electricians with system builds. You’ll be part of a team delivering high‑quality installations for Innovo’s growing customer base. Your day-to-day will include:

- Installing rooftop racking and solar panels
- Assisting licensed electricians with solar system installations
- Setting up and maintaining safe work areas
- Representing Innovo Electrical & Solar professionally onsite
- Working efficiently as part of a supportive, tight‑knit crew

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Solar,



construction, labouring, or solar (all welcome)
- Comfortable working at heights
- White Card & Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain — we’ll support you)
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Physically capable and safety‑focused
