Your new company An exciting opportunity exists within a large Federal Government and Defence-related technology program delivering advanced data, analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities. You will join a specialist team responsible for enabling data-driven decision making through modern enterprise platforms, analytics solutions and emerging AI technologies.

Your new role

As the Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership across data analytics, enterprise data strategy, AI/ML initiatives and systems integration activities.

Working with senior stakeholders, technical SMEs and program leadership, you will help shape and deliver modern data capabilities that support strategic decision-making and operational outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing technical and strategic advice on enterprise data and analytics capabilities
- Supporting the development and evolution of data strategy and AI/ML roadmaps
- Designing enterprise-scale data architectures and analytics solutions
- Advising on integration across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments
- Supporting machine learning solution design, deployment and operationalisation
- Contributing to MLOps practices, governance and model lifecycle management
- Performing security-focused reviews of data and AI platforms
- Developing architectural standards,



governance frameworks and operating models
- Engaging stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Producing recommendations, plans and architecture outputs to support future capability growth

What you'll need to succeed

- Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments
- Data Analytics, Data Platforms and Enterprise Data Strategy
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities
- Systems Integration across diverse technology ecosystems
- Cloud and hybrid architecture environments
- Data engineering and modern data platform concepts
- MLOps, model deployment and AI governance practices
- Stakeholder engagement with executive and technical audiences
- ICT governance, security and architecture frameworks

Desirable experience includes:
- Defence, National Security or Federal Government environments
- Defence data strategies, AI governance or ICT frameworks
- Information Security Manual (ISM) aligned environments
- Large-scale analytics transformation initiatives
