Are you a seasoned Identity & Access Management Architect looking to lead a major identity transformation initiative?

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Identity & Access Management (IDAM) to play a key role in the modernisation of enterprise identity and access management capabilities across a large and complex technology setting. This is an opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions, shape future-state architecture, and drive secure, scalable identity solutions across both cloud and on-premises platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the transformation and modernisation of enterprise IDAM environments.
- Define future-state identity strategies, roadmaps, and architecture patterns.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple technology and security initiatives.
- Review, design, and improve identity governance, privileged access management, and access control frameworks.
- Conduct solution option analysis, architecture assessments, and technology recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure identity requirements are effectively translated into practical solutions.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, governance forums,



and strategic technology planning.

What We're Looking For

You will bring deep expertise across:

- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
- Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Zero Trust security principles
- Identity lifecycle management and authoritative source systems
- Cloud and on-premises solution architecture
- Enterprise security frameworks and standards
- Architecture modelling tools such as Visio or Sparx EA
