We’re looking for a Pre-Sales/ Solution Specialist to join our growing Australian team, based in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, storytelling, and client engagement to shape impactful solutions. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical possibilities - working closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to design solutions that drive real outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

- Lead and support pre-sales engagements, shaping innovative Microsoft-based solutions
- Translate customer challenges into clear, compelling solution architectures and scope definition that deliver successful outcomes
- Partner with our sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
- Ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery teams

Customer Engagement

- Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising on industry trends and best practice
- Support ongoing conversations that identify new opportunities and value
- Leverage your network within the industry to create new pipeline in conjunction with the sales team





Thought Leadership & Collaboration

- Contribute to whitepapers, presentations, and thought leadership content
- Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across teams
- Stay at the forefront of Microsoft technologies and innovation

Experience & Skills

- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, M365, Data & AI)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
