This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. A flexible working roster with a mix of days and nights.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or for an ambitious Chef with career progression
- Confident in managing and leading the kitchen team with the head chef
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Team player that leads by example with a hands-on approach
- Clear understanding of Food Safety guidelines
- Ability to put forward innovative and creative food ideas for our seasonal menu, specials and functions
- Focused on delivering the best experience for all our patrons, both members and visitors alike
- Comply with safe work practices by following Work,



Health and Safety policies.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated leadership in a similar role for at least 3 years
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent time management skills
- High food standards in both quality and presentation and exceptional attention to detail
- General understanding of a club operation is preferred but not essential
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task as required and solve problems in a qualified and timely manner
