About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting, this is a full time permanent position.

In This Role, You Will

- Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, Aged Care, Department of Veterans’
- Affairs (DVA), and other programs.
- Support clients with:
- Communication challenges
- Swallowing and feeding difficulties
- And more ++

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more+ Deliver services in homes, clinic and community settings What We Offer

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia
- Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates
- Covid and Flu vaccine
- Current driver’s licence
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive and client-focused approach and team-oriented care
