We’re growing our Speech Pathology team and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a genuine difference — whether you’re a new graduate taking your first step into your career or an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for your next opportunity.
About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll work with a diverse caseload and have the flexibility to shape your role around your skills, interests and lifestyle. You’ll have the opportunity to provide therapy across homes, schools, clinics and community settings, as well as through telehealth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals
- Support clients across a diverse caseload and a range of ages and presentations
- Develop meaningful goals in partnership with clients, families and support networks
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Provide services through in-person and telehealth settings
- Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, schools and key stakeholders
- Continue developing your clinical skills through supervision, mentoring and professional development
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who are committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for their clients.
You’ll ideally have
- A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/registration
- A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed, or willingness to complete it
