About the Role

n

Working closely with our Sales Team and dealership leadership, you will:

n

n
- Present tailored finance, insurance, warranty and protection products to customers.
n
- Manage finance applications through to approval and settlement.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance providers.
n
- Maximise finance penetration, product sales and dealership profitability.
n
- Ensure all transactions comply with legislative and dealership requirements.
n
- Deliver an exceptional and transparent customer experience.
n
- Support the sales team in achieving dealership objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
n

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager, F&I; Manager, or similar dealership role.
n
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and aftermarket products.
n
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding finance and insurance targets.
n
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
n
- A customer-first mindset with high levels of professionalism and integrity.
n
- Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
