Responsibilities:

- Work closely with product managers and delivery teams to form product roadmaps and planning of solution design activities, including technical dependencies and sequencing.
n
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions producing detailed solution design documents and artefacts and conducting various walkthroughs and handovers.
n
- Define technical requirements and non-functional aspects of complex and high-volume enterprise solutions,



including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security.
n
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and review to solution architects, developers, and other team members.
n

Skills required:

n

n
- Experience designing non-functional aspects of complex and high-volume enterprise solutions, including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security
n
- Ability to demonstrate a wide range of architectural knowledge across various salesforce clouds and industry solutions to support business requirements with solid practical knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Vlocity/Omnistudio
n
- Experience in system integration designs and patterns, integrating Salesforce with other various technologies and solutions
n
- Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts for business to provide early feedback on proposed solutions
