Who will you be working with?

You'll be joining an established brokerage with a strong presence in the commercial insurance market. The office also has an experienced finance broker in-house, providing an chance to work alongside other professionals and leverage existing networks.

This is a role for a broker who wants genuine ownership of their portfolio, with the freedom to develop relationships, identify opportunities and grow the book.

What will you be doing?

n

n
- Manage an established portfolio of SME commercial clients
n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
n
- Prioritise retention and deliver a high level of client service
n
- Handle renewals, endorsements,



quotations and day-to-day account management
n
- Identify opportunities to grow the existing portfolio
n
- Generate new business and develop a strategy for lead generation
n
- Leverage your existing networks and relationships to bring in new opportunities
n
- Provide advice across a range of commercial insurance products
n

What do you need?

n

n
- Previous experience as a Commercial Broker or Account Executive
n
- Strong SME commercial insurance broking experience
n
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage your own portfolio
n
- Experience across commercial motor and/or heavy transport insurance
n
- Understanding of mobile machinery insurance
n
- ISR experience would be highly regarded
n
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
n
- Commercially minded with the drive to develop new business
n
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a portfolio
n
