An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program with strong executive sponsorship and a multi-year roadmap. The program is currently progressing through an intensive mobilization phase before transitioning into several major delivery horizons over the coming months.

n

Working within an agile delivery environment, you will be assigned to a dedicated workstream or squad and partner closely with Product Owners to drive outcomes across both business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead delivery across an assigned workstream within a complex transformation program
n
- Operate in an agile delivery model using Jira and Confluence
n
- Partner closely with Product Owners to manage delivery priorities and execution
n
- Coordinate activities across business and technology teams
n
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple areas of the organisation
n
- Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum
n
- Drive planning, governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and issue management
n
- Ensure successful delivery of outcomes aligned to program objectives
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n




- Proven experience as a Project Manager within large-scale enterprise transformation programs
n
- Strong experience working in agile environments
n
- Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence
n
- Experience reporting into and partnering with Product Owners within a product-led delivery structure
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives
n
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity
n
- Experience managing both business and technology delivery streams
n
- Strong risk, dependency and delivery management capability
n
- Billing or customer billing transformation experience
n
- Experience working within large banking, financial services or similarly structured enterprise environments
n
- Exposure to product-led organizational models
n
