We are expanding our Equipment Finance division, and are looking for a high-performing, results-driven broker to drive that growth.

In This Role, You Will

- Drive the growth and development of our EF division across our existing broker network.
n
- Generate new business through your existing networks and proactive business development.
n
- Build and manage robust client relationships across SME and corporate markets.
n




- Structure and deliver tailored equipment finance solutions to our clients.

What You Bring

n

To be successful, you'll have a high-performance mindset to deliver results bolstered by:

- 5+ years' experience in Equipment/Asset Finance, either in brokerage or banking.
n
- Proven ability to originate, structure, and close deals.
n
- A strong network of SME and commercial clients and referrers.
n
- Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation, and resilience.
n
- Relevant industry accreditations.
n
