Gardener / Grounds Maintenance – Full-Time

Bass Coast Backyards is a growing garden and grounds maintenance company servicing Phillip Island and the Bass Coast.

n

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our team full-time, with year-round work available.

n

The role offers a mix of work across residential gardens, commercial properties, aged care, health facilities, retirement villages and some of the area's more interesting properties, including The Block TV show site.

n

The work is varied and includes:

n

- Lawn and ride-on mowing
n
- Whipper snipping and edging
n
- Hedge trimming and pruning
n
- Weed control
n
- General garden and grounds maintenance
n
- Working with professional commercial equipment
n
- Garden and street tree planting
n

n

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently and reliably, and wants to build their skills in a professional garden maintenance business.

n

Previous gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred, but we are also interested in people with the right attitude who are willing to learn.
