MR Truck Driver Required ASAP start

Casual $38.02 per hour | Monday to Friday | 6 Week Assignment with Potential Extension

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver (MR Licence) for an immediate start with one of our valued clients in the retail and logistics sector.

This is a casual opportunity working Monday to Friday for an initial 6-week assignment with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Conduct daily vehicle pre-start and safety checks.
- Collect and deliver stock between sites and distribution locations.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within required timeframes.
- Maintain the security of goods,



equipment and vehicle while on duty.
- Report vehicle damage, incidents or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and site stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional presentation at all times.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general transport and warehouse duties as required.

Your Profile

- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
- Current MR or HR Truck Licence.
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of WHS and safe manual handling practices.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety.
